Lemon, Spinach, & Parmesan Savory Oatmeal in Food, Recipes on 02/08/18Happy hump day! Temperatures are finally finally coming and all I want to do is be cozy 24/7. Give me all the sweaters and all of the warm, comfort food please! Specifically, dis dumb dot com oatmeal. I’ve posted oatmeal recipes on my blog before- it’s seriously one of my fav dishes. Oats are filled with minerals and vitamin and other super healthy stuff and it’s one of the only meals that’ll actually keep me full for a few hours! It’s such a versatile dish, you can really do so much with a bowl of oats. You can toss it nut butters, fruit, spices, granola, seeds, really any kind of topping to customize your dish depending on what you’re in the mood for. I know a lot of you may be thinking wait savory oatmeal? Pass. BUT. If you adjust your mindset and think of oats as any other grain, think barley, quinoa, faro, etc., then you may be able to get on board with me. Which you should.
