Easy Fall Layering in Fall, Style on 11/08/16 Hello sweet friends! Just wanted to share a quick little post with y’all featuring one of my recent fave Insta looks. I absolutely love layering up in the Fall- it’s the perfect way to rock your favorite sweater without needing a coat! I love the look of mix matched patterns or textures together. Here, I opted for a pretty simple boxy, grey sweater with this really nice, chunky, waffle texture, and paired it with a little pop of plaid. I love the structured look of the collar and sleeve cuffs in contrast to the casual, stretchy sweater. This look would be fun with a denim chambray button down underneath too! Both tops were J.Crew purchases from eBay years ago, but I’ve found some super similar pieces! This grey sweater is under $60 and has the raised waffle texture that I love so much!! I’m also linking some budget friendly red plaid button downs here and here. My over the knee boots are a recent purchase and I am just obsessed!! They are stretchy, great quality suede, have this dainty pretty little braid detail going up the sides, and are the best color.
